This type of radish is a great late season addition which is usually harvested around first frost. Sow directly into garden once danger of frost has subsided if doing a spring crop. If doing a late season crop, count back 60 days or so from the first frost and direct sow. Ensure they are consistently well watered if doing so in mid-summer during the hotter weeks.
